I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. I get my inspiration from the international youth meetings I occasionally participate in. Seeing the energy and passion of people from so many countries and learning that they have similar issues to struggle with as people in my country gives me hope and the sense of belonging.
